Final MC Meeting - 2015 28.10.2015, Reggio Calabria (Italy)
This MC meeting, held in conjunction with the Final Action Conference & Workshop, was dedicated to the first period of the 4th year self-evaluation exercise and the approval of the second period (extension) of the 4th year Work & Budget plan, as well as the FAP proposal.
Intermediate MC Meeting - 2015 11.06.2015, Lund (Sweden)
This MC meeting, held in conjunction with the Action workshop/conference, was dedicated to an intermediate assessment of activities. Adjustment in budget was needed in order to have an additional extension of the Action. Plans for the Final Action Publication were also discussed. A possible reduction in the accomodation and meal flat rate reimbursement for the Reggio Calabria Final Conference/Workshop was approved.
Final MC Meeting - 2014 06.11.2014, Bratislava (Slovakia)
This MC meeting, held in conjunction with the Action workshop/conference, was dedicated to the 3rd year self-evaluation exercise and the approval of the 4th year Work & Budget plan.
Intermediate MC Meeting - 2014 05.06.2014, Tampere (Finalnd)
This MC meeting, held in conjunction with the WG2 Workshop, was dedicated to an intermediate assessment of activities. No adjustment in budget was needed. A possible reduction in the accomodation and meal flat rate reimbursement for the Bratislava meeting was approved.
Final Annual MC Meeting - 2013 05.11.2013, Galati (Romania)
This MC meeting, held in conjunction with the Action workshop/conference, was dedicated to the 2nd year self-evaluation exercise and the approval of the 3rd year Work & Budget plan.
Intermediate MC Meeting - 2013 06.06.2013, Reykjavík (Iceland)
This MC meeting, held in conjunction with the WG2 Workshop, was dedicated to an intermediate assessment of activities and to the adjustment of the Work & Budget plan allocations for 2013.
Final Annual MC Meeting - 2012 19.10.2012, Tarragona (Spain)
This MC meeting, held in conjunction with the Action workshop/conference, was dedicated to the 1st year self-evaluation exercise, the approval of the 1st year draft financial report and to the approval of the 2nd year Work & Budget plan.
Intermediate MC Meeting - 2012 19.06.2012, Oslo (Norway)
This MC meeting, held in conjunction with the WG1 Workshop, was dedicated to an intermediate assessment of activities and to the adjustment of the Work & Budget plan allocations for 2012.
First (‘Kick off’) MC Meeting 21.11.2011, Brussels (Belgium)
The First ('Kick off') MC meeting was organised by the COST Office in Brussels. The ways COST Actions work and the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) were presented and some decision as to the first year of action were taken.
Prof Flavia Martinelli (IT) was elected as Chair and Prof Dina Vaiou (EL) as Vice-Chair of the Action. The degree of participation to the different WG was also expressed by the different parties and Leaders and Co-leaders of each WG were nominated. It was decided that the WG Steering Committee (WGSC) consists of Chair, Vice-chair, Leaders and Co-leaders of WG1 and WG4 for the first year and that with the advancement of the Action Leaders and Co-Leaders of the subsequent WGs will join the Steering Committee.
The MC discussed and approved the 1st year Work & Budget plan and timetable.
